Technical requirements for ventilation ducts of stand-alone dust collectors

There are more and more industrial and mining enterprises, and environmental problems are becoming more and more serious. Tall chimneys that continue to pour into modern factories emit smoke day and night, diffusing, floating, and lingering in the sky. Factory chimneys are the main source of haze. Haze seriously pollutes our ecological environment. With the development of science and technology, more and more dust removal equipment has emerged to reduce the degree of pollution. Stand-alone dust collectors are widely used to reduce dust pollution to the environment. So what are the requirements for stand-alone dust collectors for air ducts?

The pipeline of a stand-alone dust collector is a combination system of the process dimensions of the pipelines, equipment and their various parts involved in the entire dust removal process route, and the resistance loss value of the pipeline network. The pipeline network structure is reasonably arranged, and the appropriate pipeline cross-sectional shape is selected to minimize the local resistance caused by elbows and pipeline mutations; reduce the pipeline flow rate, etc. The dust inlet concentration in the flue gas of this project is not large, but the dust ratio is large. In order to prevent dust accumulation inside the pipeline and ash hopper, the pipeline direction is designed to keep the inclination angle and appropriate ventilation speed of the pipeline as much as possible. At the same time, an air volume regulating valve is set at each dust collection point, and the air volume and air pressure at the dust collection hood opening can be adjusted as needed.

The size of the wind speed in the air duct of the single-unit dust collector system should not only consider the economy of the system, but also the size of the wind speed inside the air duct. Too high wind speed will accelerate the wear of equipment and air ducts; too low wind speed will cause dust deposition and block the pipeline. In order to prevent dust deposition and blockage in the pipeline, the wind speed in the pipeline cannot be lower than the low air flow rate listed in the table below. When the biomass boiler dust collector is sprayed and cleaned, if the filter material is not selected reasonably, the dust layer formed on the surface of the filter material will be seriously damaged due to the high cleaning energy, resulting in a sharp drop in dust removal efficiency.
