Structural composition

Working principle

The dusty gas enters each unit chamber through a guide pipe.Under the action of the guide device,larger dust particles are separated and fall into the ash hopper,while the remaining dust enters the filtering area of the chamber with the airflow.After filtering through the filter bag,the clean gas passes through the filter bag and is discharged through the upper box,lift valve,and exhaust pipe.As the filtration process progresses,the dust on the surface of the filter bag reaches a certain thickness.The dust cleaning control device closes the lifting valve according to the program,taking the unit offline,and opens the electromagnetic pulse valve for spraying,shaking off the dust on the filter bag.The dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged through the ash unloading valve before being sent out by the ash conveying system.
