Structural composition

Upper box:including a liftable cover plate or a fastening cover plate and an air outlet,it is a channel for the purified gas to be discharged.

Medium box body:mainly composed of porous plates,maintenance doors,filter bags,keels,Venturi tubes,etc.,where dusty gases are filtered through filter bags.

Lower box:equipped with pressure measuring joints,etc.,for collecting settled dust.

Spray system:composed of pulse controller,electromagnetic pulse valve,spray pipe,and air bag,responsible for blowing and cleaning the filter bag.

Working principle

The dusty gas enters the filtering chamber through the ash hopper or the lower open flange.Coarse particles directly fall into the ash hopper.The dusty gas is filtered by the filter bag,and the dust is trapped on the bag surface.The clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the bag mouth and the fan.When the dust on the surface of the filter bag increases and the equipment resistance rises to the set value,the time relay or micro differential pressure controller outputs a signal,and the programmable controller works.The pulse valves are opened one by one,and compressed air is sprayed through the nozzle to clean the dust on the filter bag,causing the dust to fall into the ash hopper and be discharged by the ash discharge valve.After that,the dust collector returns to normal operation.
