Structural composition

Filtering system:composed of a single filter bag and a supporting skeleton,it is the core component that separates dust and gas through the filtering effect of the filter bag.

Box:including upper box,middle box,and lower box.The upper box is equipped with an air outlet;The middle box is used to install filter bags,where dust containing gases are filtered;The lower box is an ash hopper used to collect dust.

Dust cleaning system:There are pulse spraying,mechanical vibration and other methods to remove dust on the surface of the filter bag and maintain filtration performance.

Air inlet and outlet system:The air inlet system guides the dust containing gas to enter the dust collector uniformly,while the air outlet system discharges the purified gas.

Working principle

Filtering stage:The dusty gas enters the dust collector,and large particles of dust fall directly into the ash hopper due to gravity and inertia.The remaining dusty gas enters the filter bag,and the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag.The purified gas enters the upper box through the inner cavity of the filter bag and is discharged through the air outlet.

Dust cleaning stage:When the dust on the surface of the filter bag increases and the resistance reaches the set value,the dust cleaning system starts.The pulse jet type dust cleaning releases compressed air through the pulse valve,instantly impacting the filter bag and causing the dust to fall off;The mechanical vibration type uses a mechanical device to vibrate the filter bag and shake off dust.
