Structural composition

Box section:including upper box,middle box,and lower box.The upper box is equipped with an air outlet for discharging purified gas;The middle box is the core filtration area,with porous plates,filter bags,keels,Venturi tubes,etc.inside,where dust containing gases are filtered;The lower box is mainly used to collect settled dust and is usually equipped with pressure measuring joints.

Spray system:composed of a pulse controller,an electromagnetic pulse valve,a spray pipe,and an air bag.The pulse valve can be precisely controlled by the controller to achieve the blowing and cleaning of the filter bag.

Ash discharge mechanism:responsible for regularly or as needed discharging the accumulated dust in the ash hopper to ensure the continuous and effective operation of the dust collector,generally composed of components such as ash discharge valves.

Working principle

Filtering stage:The dusty gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet and passes through the air flow homogenization device.The large particles of dust fall directly into the ash hopper due to inertia and self weight.The remaining dusty gas enters the filter bag filtration area,and the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag.The purified gas enters the clean air chamber through the filter bag opening and is then discharged through the air outlet.

Dust cleaning stage:As the filtration progresses,the surface of the filter bag accumulates more dust and the resistance increases.When the resistance reaches the set value,the pulse blowing system starts,and compressed air is sprayed through the pulse valve and blowing pipe towards the filter bag,causing the filter bag to expand and vibrate,and the attached dust is stripped off and falls into the ash hopper.

Dust collection:The dust intercepted by the filter bag filtration and ash cleaning process falls into the ash hopper and is centrally discharged through the ash hopper mouth.
