Necessary cooling and preventive measures for bag dust collectors
Bag dust collectors will encounter various problems such as high temperature, combustion or explosion, corrosion, wear, etc. during the application process. At this time, corresponding technical measures should be taken according to the specific situation in order to achieve satisfactory results.
High temperature technical measures for bag dust collectors: high temperature measures before the flue gas enters the dust collector. Since the flue gas temperature is as high as about 550 ℃, the existing ordinary bag dust collectors cannot adapt to it, so three cooling and preventive measures are taken before the flue gas enters the bag dust collector.
The bag dust collector is equipped with a gas cooler. The medium for cooling the high-temperature flue gas can be low-temperature air or water, which is called air cooling or water cooling. Regardless of air cooling or water cooling, it can be direct cooling or indirect cooling, so the cooling method is classified by the following method.
① Direct cooling by suction, directly mixing air at normal temperature into high-temperature flue gas (mixing cooling method).
② Indirect cold air, using air to cool the high-temperature flue gas flowing in the pipe. Air cooling with natural convection air is called natural air cooling, and cooling with forced convection air by fan is called mechanical air cooling.
③ Direct spray cooling, spray water directly into the high-temperature flue gas, absorb heat by evaporation of water mist, and cool the flue gas.
④ Indirect water cooling, use water to cool the flue gas flowing in the pipe, which can be formed by water-cooling jackets or coolers.
Various cooling methods are applicable to a range of applications, and their characteristics, applicable temperatures and uses are different. The quality of the bag filter directly affects the removal efficiency of the dust collector, and the life of the filter bag directly affects the operating cost of the bag filter. The bottom of the bag is sewn with a layer of hemming, without exposed edges, and the bottom is made of reinforced ring cloth. The filter bag is reasonably cut to minimize the seams. At the joint, the overlapping width is not less than 10mm, which improves the strength and anti-scouring ability of the filter bag. At the same time, the distance between the bottom of the filter bag and the air inlet and the design of the air inlet diversion system of the equipment have a great relationship with the service life of the filter material. The upper end of the filter bag adopts a spring expansion ring, which has good sealing performance, high installation, and bag replacement. Only 1-2 people are needed to change the bag through the lift-up cover on the top of the machine. The filter bag can be installed and removed in the clean air chamber without entering the dust collector filter chamber.
