Working characteristics and composition of PPC type air box pulse bag dust collector

The PPC air box pulse bag dust collector is operated under the condition of closing the valve and stopping the filtration in one room. The dust cleared will settle down in the ash chamber without secondary flying, which is very beneficial for filtering gases with high dust concentration, and the filter bag of one room can be replaced without stopping the machine. The air box pulse dust collector is divided into four series according to the number of bags: 32 bags/chamber, 64 bags/chamber, 96 bags/chamber, and 128 bags/chamber. Each series is divided into multiple specifications according to the number of chambers, totaling 33 types.

The PPC air box pulse bag dust collector consists of the following parts: It is different from the cleaning of general spray dust collectors. The spray pulse cleaning is to spray and clean each row of filter bags in the same filter chamber (the so-called re-line cleaning), while the other rows of filter bags are still filtering. That is, cleaning and filtering are mixed in one room at the same time, and the dust under cleaning is secondary flying, and part of it will be collected by the adjacent filter bags, which is not conducive to the filtration of gases with high dust concentration. (1) Shell part: including the cleaning chamber (or gas purification box, filter chamber), filter chamber, partition plate, inspection door and shell structure. The cleaning chamber is equipped with a lifting valve and a flower plate, and a short blowing pipe: the filter and its frame are installed in the filter chamber.

(2) Ash hopper and ash unloading mechanism: There is an ash hopper and screw conveyors, air conveying chutes and rigid impeller unloaders (ash unloading valves) are set according to different series and different dust concentrations.

(3) Inlet and outlet air box: including inlet and outlet air ducts and middle partitions. The single-row (or single-row) structure is arranged on one side of the shell, and the double-row (or double-row) structure is arranged in the middle of the shell: the 32 series is smaller and has no box, and the inlet and outlet air ducts are connected to the ash hopper and the cleaning chamber respectively.

(4) Pulse cleaning device: including pulse valve, air bag, cylinder for lifting valve and its solenoid valve, etc.

(5) Compressed air pipeline and pressure reducing device, oil-water separator, oil mist collector, etc.
