Introduction to the structure of spray Tower Wet Scrubber:Equipment composition:The spray absorption system adopts a vertical cylindrical design,consisting of packing,spray device,defogging device,spray liquid circulation pump,and absorption tower.

(1)Packing is mainly used as a device to increase the contact area between liquid and gas,arranged at the bottom of the spray layer of the absorption tower.The device can greatly improve the absorption efficiency of gas In addition,the tray carrying the ring body can evenly distribute the exhaust gas in the main spray area,allowing the exhaust gas to fully contact the liquid film area of the absorption or washing liquid on the tray.The tray structure is made of PP mesh porous plate,which is more convenient for gas and medicine to pass through.It is horizontally placed on the tray support structure.

(2)The spray system inside the absorption tower of the spray device is a mesh system composed of distribution main pipes,branch pipes,and nozzles,equipped with a circulating pump.A high-pressure spiral nozzle is installed on the spray layer.The nozzle has the advantages of large spray angle,uniform spray and not easy to block.Its function is to atomize the spray liquid.The spray liquid is transported by the absorption tower recirculation pump to the nozzle and sprayed into the exhaust gas.The spray system can evenly distribute the liquid medicine in the absorption tower,and the flow rate through each spray layer is equal.

(3)The defogging device uses high-efficiency defogging plastic mesh cotton for separating the liquid droplets carried by the treated clean air.The absorption tower demister is arranged on the upper part of the last spray component at the top of the absorption tower.When the exhaust gas passes through the circulating liquid spray layer and continues to flow through the demister,the droplets remain on the baffle due to inertia.Due to the presence of solid substances in the retained droplets,there is a risk of scaling on the baffle,which requires regular cleaning.

(4)The spray liquid circulation pump and absorption tower recirculation pump are installed in the medicine box next to the absorption tower,used for the recirculation of spray liquid inside the absorption tower.Adopting a dedicated vertical acid-base centrifugal pump,including pump casing,impeller,shaft,guide bearing,inlet,sealing box,shaft seal,foundation frame,and motor.The working principle is that the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the impeller enables the fluid to obtain energy,that is,after the fluid passes through the impeller,both pressure energy and kinetic energy can be increased,so that it can be transported to higher or farther places.At the same time,negative pressure is formed at the inlet of the pump,allowing the fluid to be continuously drawn in.The pump head is made of corrosion-resistant materials.After a period of use,the circulating liquid wastewater is finally discharged into the wastewater treatment tank.

(5)The spray absorption tower body is made of PP material.In terms of the design of the spray tower shell,considering its harsh working environment,long-term operation under acidic corrosion,and the need to withstand the tower's own pressure and solution pressure,as well as the wind pressure during operation,it is required to have good corrosion resistance and maintain high tensile and compressive strength.Therefore,the spray tower body is produced and manufactured using mechanical welding technology,with high strength,reliable quality,and good performance.
