PP Wet Air Scrubbing Tower is a new type of industrial waste gas treatment equipment.It is an improved version of the floating packing layer industrial waste gas purifier,widely used in pre-treatment of industrial waste gas treatment,dust removal,and other aspects.It has a good purification effect and is currently a commonly used and practical treatment equipment for acid and alkali waste gas treatment.The PP washing tower produced by our company is different from the existing washing towers on the market.It is made of lightweight polypropylene,also known as PP material,which is made of plastic.Our washing towers are mainly divided into two types:packed towers and cyclone towers.The packed towers are relatively widely used,and when there is a lot of dust in the exhaust gas,cyclone towers can be selected.The PP washing tower has the characteristics of simple structure,low energy consumption,and high purification efficiency.It can effectively remove water-soluble gases such as hydrogen chloride gas(HCl),hydrogen fluoride gas(HF),ammonia gas(NH3),sulfuric acid mist(H2SO4),chromium acid mist(CrO3),hydrogen cyanide gas(HCN),alkali vapor(NaOH),hydrogen sulfide gas(H2S),formalin(HCHO),etc.The acid mist exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower through the air duct,passes through the packing layer,and undergoes gas-liquid two-phase contact absorption and neutralization reaction with the sodium hydroxide absorption solution.After purification,the acid mist exhaust gas is dehydrated and defogged by the defogging plate before being discharged into the atmosphere by the fan.The absorption liquid is pressurized by a water pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed down from the top of the tower,and then refluxed to the bottom for recycling.The purified acid mist exhaust gas meets the national emission standards.
