The industrial Exhaust Gas Purifier Absorption System utilizes active substances such as highly oxidizing hydroxyl radicals generated by the absorption of light by photocatalysts to decompose surface pollutants,weakening their adhesion and making them easily carried away by rainwater,achieving the effect of cleaning;The second is the physical decontamination effect,which utilizes the superhydrophilicity generated by the absorption of light by photocatalysts,making it easy for water to enter the gaps between pollutants and substrates,and making pollutants easily washed away by rainwater.

Processing principle of UV photocatalytic oxygen purifier:

(1)Using ultraviolet light beams in the wavelength range of 157 nm-189 nm to irradiate useful waste gas and odorous gases,the speed is suitable for breaking the molecular bonds of waste gas and odorous gases,instantly opening and changing their molecular structures,destroying their nucleic acids,generating a series of photolytic fission reactions,rearranging DNA molecules,and degrading them into low molecular weight chemicals such as CO2,carbon dioxide,and H2O water molecules.

(2)Using ultraviolet light waves in the wavelength range of 157 nm-189 nm to decompose oxygen molecules in the air and produce free oxygen,also known as reactive oxygen species.Due to the imbalance of positive and negative electrons carried by free oxygen,it needs to combine with oxygen molecules to produce ozone;The pollutant molecules that are in a free state after being cleaved by ultraviolet light waves combine with ozone oxidation to form small molecule compounds with stable or low harm properties.Such as CO2 carbon dioxide molecules,H2O water molecules,etc.

(3)The TiO2 titanium dioxide photocatalyst used to catalyze the oxidation of filter cotton generates a photocatalytic reaction under UV light irradiation,enhancing and strengthening the energy fusion of ultraviolet light waves.While decomposing waste gas and odorous molecules,it catalyzes the production of more reactive oxygen species and ozone,which undergo catalytic oxidation and decomposition reactions on the waste gas and odorous molecules,leading to their degradation and conversion into low molecular weight compounds,water molecules,and carbon dioxide,thus achieving the purpose of deodorization.

(4)Odor removal:It can remove volatile organic compounds(VOCs)and various odors,with a deodorization efficiency of over 90%.
