Double Arm Welding Purifier product structure:

The main components include:universal vacuum arm,vacuum hose,vacuum hood(with air volume regulating valve),flame retardant mesh,flame retardant filter element,pulse blowback device,pulse solenoid valve,differential pressure gauge,clean room,activated carbon filter,dust drawer combination,combustion supporting and sound-absorbing cotton,new Korean style wheels with brakes,fan,ABB motor,and electric control box.

Working principle of Double Arm Welding Purifier:

Through the gravitational force of the fan,the welding smoke and exhaust gas are sucked into the equipment inlet through the universal vacuum hood.A flame arrester is installed at the equipment inlet,and sparks are blocked by the flame arrester.The smoke and dust gas enters the settling chamber,and the coarse dust is first directly lowered to the ash hopper by gravity.The fine smoke and dust are captured on the outer surface by the filter element.After being filtered and purified by the filter element,the clean gas flows into the clean room from the center of the filter element.The clean air is further purified by the activated carbon filter before being discharged through the outlet to meet the standard.

2.Adopting a built-in centralized PLC control method,the structure is simple and easy to operate.

3.Pulse back blowing automatic dust cleaning:The filter element adopts automatic rotation back blowing dust cleaning to make the surface of the filter element clean and clean,and the dust collector can always have a constant suction air volume;The air compressor is connected by a high-pressure hose,with high-pressure air intake at the bottom,ensuring that the purifier is always in good working condition.

4.The filter cartridge is made of materials and has a long service life.It can absorb dust particles below 0.3μm and has good filtering effect on wet and viscous dust.

5.By using a universal suction arm that can move freely 360 degrees,smoke can be removed from the location where it occurs,improving the collection rate of smoke and dust and promoting the health of workers.

6.The dual arm welding smoke purifier adopts three protective measures against fire hazards and large particle slag inside,which makes the purifier have a long service life.
