Correct use and operation of mobile welding fume purifier

1.Before connecting the power supply,it is necessary to check whether the voltage,power supply frequency,and equipment label regulations match;

2.Install grounding wire;

3.Check the contact seal of the maintenance door;

4.Check if the filter cartridge is in tight contact;

5.Check if the current of the power switch is consistent with the current used by the motor;

6.The rotation direction of the motor creates a sense of air intake in the suction hood;

7.After selecting the operating area,tighten the brake wheels of the purifier to prevent the equipment from sliding;

8.Pull the inhalation mask to determine the inhalation distance angle,and then make the inhalation arm determine a fixed position

9.After confirming that the overall purifier is operational,turn the power switch to start suctioning welding fumes;

10.Do not open the box door when the purifier is in operation;

11.Before restarting the purification equipment,it is necessary to confirm that the purification fan has stopped;

12.Regularly clean the dust during long-term use.The mechanical filter can be directly removed and blown from the inside out with an air compressor to blow away the surface dust before installation and continued use.Static electricity requires pulling out the electrode plate,cleaning the surface of the electrode plate,and allowing it to air dry naturally before installation and continued use.
