Welding smoke purifier is an industrial environmental protection equipment,usually used in welding operations such as manual arc welding and tin welding,to collect and purify the smoke generated during welding,and to protect the working environment and the health of workers.

Welding fume purifier is a device that absorbs,absorbs,and processes the waste residue and gas generated during welding processes such as electric welding,shielded welding,and argon arc welding through filtration and purification.The welding fume dust collector can prevent gas pollution,reduce the harm of substances to the health of operators,and prevent occupational diseases,mainly welding pneumoconiosis.

The welding smoke purifier uses the force of the fan to draw the welding smoke exhaust gas into the equipment inlet through the universal vacuum hood.A flame arrester is installed at the equipment inlet,and sparks are blocked by the flame arrester.The smoke gas enters the settling chamber and,using gravity,first directly lowers the coarse dust to the ash hopper.The fine smoke is captured on the outer surface by the filter element.After being filtered and purified by the filter element,the clean gas flows into the clean room through the filter element,and the clean air is further purified by the activated carbon filter before being discharged through the outlet to meet the standard.
