Reverse air baghouses dust collectors generally adopt a chamber structure,which is a bag filter that uses valves to switch air flow from chamber to chamber,forcing the dust removal filter bag to shrink or expand under the action of reverse air flow to clean the dust.It is divided into three types:chamber two-stage reverse blowing,chamber three-stage reverse blowing,and chamber pulsating reverse blowing.It has a simple structure and easy maintenance.The back blowing bag filter is divided into two types:positive pressure and negative pressure,both of which use internal filtration and downward air intake.
The working principle of Reverse Air Baghouses Dust Collector is to switch the valve to connect the dusty gas pipeline during filtration,cut off the reverse air blowing pipeline 9,filter the dusty gas through the dust removal filter bag 5,and discharge it through the clean air channel 6.The dust is trapped on the inner surface of the dust removal filter bag.When cleaning the ash,the three-way switching valve is connected to the anti blowing pipe 9,cutting off the channel between the ash cleaning bag chamber and the clean air chamber 6.The anti blowing air enters the bag chamber and uses the opposite airflow to the filtered airflow to compress the cylindrical pulse valve diaphragm 5 into a star shaped cross-section,causing it to vibrate and cause the dust layer to fall off and fall into the ash hopper 8.The dust containing gas after blowback passes through the dust containing gas pipeline 7 and then enters the bag chamber in a filtering state for filtration.The effect of reverse airflow is only one of the reasons for the dust adhering to the surface of the dust removal filter bag to fall off,mainly due to the deformation of the dust removal filter bag causing dust collapse.Dust cleaning is carried out by timing or sending signals from differential pressure transmitters,and controlling the electromagnetic pulse valve diaphragm through an electronic control device to drive the cylinder action to turn the valve plate of the switching valve.
This dust cleaning method has a relatively uniform airflow distribution throughout the entire dust removal filter bag,with less severe vibration and minimal damage to the filter bag.However,the dust cleaning effect is weak,allowing for a lower filtering wind speed.Some reverse airflow dust removal devices are equipped with mechanical structures that generate pulsation effects(such as automatic opening and closing valves),which can provide reverse airflow pulsation effects and improve dust removal capabilities.If partial dust removal filter bags are used to gradually clean the dust,there is no need for a separate chamber structure.
