The Pulse Bag Filter Buffing Machine Dust Collector is a type of dust collector developed by our company,which combines the advantages of various bag type dust collectors such as back blowing and pulse blowing for dust removal.It has been optimized and improved through design.It has the characteristics of overall cleaning of compartments,using a large-sized pulse valve cleaning form,with strong cleaning ability,good effect,and long service life.

The dusty gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet and turns towards the ash hopper through the wind deflector.At the same time,the airflow velocity slows down.Due to inertia,coarse and large particles of dust in the gas fall into the ash hopper,while small particles of dust enter the middle box with the airflow and adhere to the outer surface of the filter bag.The purified gas passes through the filter bag and enters the upper clean air chamber.It is collected by the clean air chambers of each compartment,discharged through the air outlet,and sucked out by the fan of the dust collection system before being discharged into the atmosphere.As the filtration process continues,the amount of dust adhering to the surface of the filter bag gradually increases,and the resistance of the airflow also increases.Therefore,it is necessary to control the dust removal of the dust collector through a timed cleaning program controller.

The dust cleaning process is controlled by an automatic control program to close the lift valve of the first filtration chamber,cutting off the airflow through the chamber and keeping the bag in a state of no airflow passing through;Open the pulse valve again to release compressed air and pulse blow clean all the filter bags in the first filtering chamber,causing each filter bag to suddenly expand rapidly and shake off the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag,restoring the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter bag to the starting state,and causing the dust to settle into the ash hopper;Subsequently,the programmable controller opens the lift valve at regular intervals to restore filtration in the first filtration chamber,then closes the lift valve in the second filtration chamber,cuts off the filtered airflow in the second chamber,opens the solenoid valve in the second compartment to release compressed air,and applies a stop air pulse to blow clean all filter bags in the second chamber.Afterwards,the filter bags in each filtration chamber will be sequentially shut off and blown to clean the dust,until the last filtration chamber is cleaned and enters the next blowing cycle according to the set time.

2.Body:including upper box,exhaust chamber,and middle box.

3.Ash hopper:a temporary storage device for the initial settling of coarse particles and the collected dust.

4.Inspection door:Installed on the top of the upper box,this door can be opened for replacement of filter bags and bag cages.

5.Ash discharge device:It discharges the accumulated ash in the ash hopper and prevents external air from entering the dust collector.

6.Other attachments:including fences,ladders,etc.
