There is a dust collection drawer under the polishing and dust removal workbench,which can collect heavier dust and facilitate cleaning.

After grounding treatment,it can also be used in environments with explosive dust.

The sanding Dust Downdraft Workbench is equipped with secondary dust removal.The upper part of the workbench is equipped with a supply air outlet,and the lower part of the side is equipped with a suction air outlet,which moves according to the natural law of dust containing airflow.

Working principle of polishing and dust removal workbench:

After the grinding and dust removal workbench starts running,the airflow enters the guide channel,and large particles of dust fall into the drawer under the action of relevant gravity.The gas passes through the filter element from the outer surface of the dust filter material and is discharged.The polished dust is blocked by the filter element on its surface.When the blocked dust continues to deposit on the surface of the filter element,a manual dust cleaning machine structure is used to clean the filter element,so that the dust particles deposited on the filter element detach from the surface of the filter element under the action of vibration and fall into the dust collection drawer.The purified air is discharged through the air duct and fan.
