Working principle of Industrial Grinding Dust Collector

After the sanding and dust removal workbench is turned on,the negative pressure generated by the fan in the dust containing gas enters the purification system through the side exhaust outlet and the lower exhaust outlet.The airflow enters the guide channel,and large particles of dust collide with the guide plate and fall into the dust collection box under the action of gravity;Fine dust enters the filtering chamber and passes through the filter element,where it is intercepted on its surface.When the intercepted dust continuously deposits on the surface of the filter element,the pulse back blowing cleaning mechanism is used to clean the filter cartridge,so that the dust particles deposited on the filter element detach from the surface of the filter element and fall into the dust collection box under the action of reverse force,and the surface of the filter element is cleaned.The filtered and purified air is discharged through the exhaust system.
