Cyclone Filter

The Cyclone Filteris suitable for capturing dry,non fibrous granular dust.Its main feature is that the cylinder has a conical shape,which reduces the possibility of dust containing gas short circuiting from the cylinder to the outlet.It is also equipped with a conical reflector to prevent the separated dust from being rewound by two streams of air.

Characteristics of cyclone dust collector:

The Cyclone Filter has the characteristics of simple and novel structure,moderate resistance,strong load adaptability,stable operation,low steel consumption,small footprint,convenient management and maintenance,and low cost.

The Cyclone Filter can be used as a single unit or combined with multiple cylinders,connected by a common inlet and outlet main pipe,to meet the treatment of any flue gas volume.Each individual dust removal equipment has four parts:body,volute,core tube,and a sealed dust collection device with good performance.

Classification of Cyclone Filter structure:

According to different installation positions,cyclone dust collectors have four structures,namely left and right rotation according to the direction of the dust collector.According to different user needs,there are two types:A-type ash hopper and B-type ash box.
