Cyclone Dust Filter

A cyclone dust collector is a type of cyclone dust collector with a bypass channel on the outer side of the cyclone cylinder. The cyclone dust collector can allow a portion of the gas containing more dust near the inner wall of the cylinder to enter the lower part of the cyclone cylinder through a bypass, reducing the chance of dust escaping from the exhaust outlet. It has a high dust removal efficiency, especially for dust larger than 5 μ m. Used for non fibrous and adhesive dust with high density in industrial waste gas. The cyclone dust collector is capable of separating tobacco ash, talc powder, quartz powder, limestone powder, slag cement, cement raw materials, etc. It has the characteristics of simple structure, easy operation, low resistance and dust removal, and is suitable for gas purification in industrial sectors such as mining, metallurgy, refractory materials, coal, chemical industry, building materials and power.

Working principle of cyclone dust collector: After the dust containing gas enters from a tangential direction, the gas is spun and the airflow is divided into upper and lower parts, forming a double vortex motion. The dust produces a strong separation effect at the bottom of the exhaust, that is, at the boundary of the double vortex. Finer and lighter dust particles are carried by the upper vortex airflow to the upper part, forming a strong rotating ash ring under the top cover, resulting in the accumulation of dust particles. They are then led out from the upper opening of the specially designed bypass separation chamber, and through the spiral groove at the lower part of the bypass separation chamber, they are introduced tangentially from the outer wall return air outlet of the cyclone dust collector into the lower part of the dust collector cylinder to merge with the internal airflow. The dust is separated and falls into the ash hopper. The other part of the coarser and heavier dust particles are driven by the lower vortex airflow and undergo a similar process as the upper vortex airflow along the lower section of the cyclone dust collector, separating the dust and entering the ash hopper.
