The structure of a industrial Filter Cartridge Dust Collector consists of an intake pipe,an exhaust pipe,a box,an ash hopper,a cleaning device,a guide device,an airflow distribution plate,a filter cartridge,and an electronic control device,similar to the dust removal structure of a bellows pulse bag.After the dusty gas enters the dust collector hopper,due to the sudden expansion of the airflow section and the effect of the airflow distribution plate,some coarse particles in the airflow settle in the hopper under the action of dynamic and inertial forces.Fine grained and low-density dust particles enter the dust filtration chamber,and through the combined action of Brownian diffusion and mesh filtration,the dust settles on the surface of the filter material.The purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged through the exhaust pipe by the fan.

Principle of filter cartridge dust collector

A filter cartridge dust collector is a dry dust removal equipment that uses a filter cartridge as a filtering element to separate fine dust from the airflow.The filter cartridge dust collector is usually equipped with one or more fans to suck the gas to be filtered into the filter cartridge.When gas flows through the filter cartridge,fine dust will be adsorbed on the surface of the filter cartridge,while clean gas will pass through the filter cartridge and be discharged from the dust collector.In order to prevent excessive accumulation of micro powder dust on the filter cartridge,which may cause the filter cartridge to fail,a dust cleaning device is usually installed.

The cleaning device can be high-pressure gas cleaning,vibration cleaning,or pneumatic cleaning.The working principle of a filter cartridge dust collector is to separate micro dust from the airflow.There are two main separation principles:one is gravity separation,which uses the gravity of micro dust to separate it from the airflow.
