Working principle

After the dusty gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet,some of the coarser dust particles fall into the ash hopper due to inertia,collision,natural settling,etc.Most of the dust enters from the bottom of the dust removal chamber with the airflow,and the dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter cartridge.The clean gas is discharged through the air outlet;When the ash layer on the surface of the filter cartridge is thick,the pulse controller sends a command to open the spray valve,and the compressed air in the air bag is sprayed out at high speed through the spray pipe,blowing the dust on the surface of the filter cartridge down and falling into the ash hopper.

The collected dust is discharged through the ash discharge valve,and after blowing and cleaning the dust,the dust collector resumes normal operation.The dust removal and filtration of the dust collector operate automatically,repeating the process to achieve continuous filtration and purification of dust and gas
