The industrial filter cartridge pulse jet dust collector is mainly composed of an inlet duct, ash hopper, box body, ash cleaning device, guide device, filter cartridge, airflow distribution plate, and electric control device. The lower part of the flower board is the filtering chamber, and the upper part is the pulse chamber of the air box. An airflow distribution plate is installed at the inlet of the filter cartridge dust collector. The filter cartridge can be vertically arranged on the box flower board or tilted on the flower board. From the perspective of dust removal effect, the vertical arrangement is more appropriate. With the development of technology, new materials are also constantly evolving. The overall capacity of the filter cartridge dust collector has also increased. Its filtering area has increased compared to before. Filter cartridge dust collectors are widely used in industries such as steel, food, metallurgy, and chemical engineering. Good results have been achieved in the treatment of welding fumes. In addition, it is also applied in cutting dust control, spraying dust control, dust control in the tobacco industry, dust control in the ceramic sanitary ware industry, dust control in the tire, rubber and plastic industry, metal recycling, dust industry recycling devices, and so on.
Compared with traditional bag filters, filter cartridge dust collectors have the following characteristics:
(l) The BHA pleated filter cartridge is used as the filter element. The filter base material is spun cat polyester fiber. Compared to needle punched felt filter media, spun cat polyester fiber filter media has a high dust collection efficiency (above) and can almost block dust emissions; The filter has good breathability; The filter is a surface filtration mechanism that can maintain a relatively low operating resistance and reduce system pressure difference; The filter material is processed by continuous long fiber adhesive pressing technology, and the material is firm. As a pleated filter cartridge filter material, it does not need to rely on supporting materials, which is something that many filter materials such as needle punched ones cannot achieve.
(2) Compared with the corresponding filter bag, a pleated filter cartridge of the same size can increase the practical filtration area by 2-3 times, which greatly improves the ventilation volume of dust collectors of the same scale when using pleated filter cartridges.
(3) The pleated filter cartridge adopts an integrated structural design, replacing the filter bag and cage frame in traditional bag dust collectors with a pleated filter cartridge. No need for cage installation, making the installation of filters extremely simple and reducing the time required for each replacement and installation.
(4) The pulse adhesive pressure fiber filter cartridge is designed to be tightly integrated with the compartment flower board, greatly improving the sealing effect.
(5) The filter element is made of synthetic materials and is relatively lightweight. The installation of the filter is top mounted, reducing the workload during filter replacement.
(6) The lifespan of the filter is long, usually 1.5 to 3.5 times that of ordinary filter materials. The BHA pleated filter cartridge dust collector has no mechanical moving parts or vulnerable components, reducing maintenance costs.
(7) The dust collector uses pulse blowing pipes for dust cleaning, and each row of filters has a membrane blowing valve to control the dust cleaning work, which can fully utilize compressed air. Pulse blowing has a low frequency for dust cleaning, reducing the amount of compressed air used. Simultaneously achieve uniform cleaning of the filter surface by compressed air.
