Structure Design

Production standards

Strength and stiffness:The support ring and longitudinal bars are evenly distributed,with sufficient strength and stiffness to withstand the gas pressure of the filter bag during filtration and dust removal,preventing damage and deformation during transportation and installation.

Welding quality:All welding points should be firmly welded,and there should be no loose welding,virtual welding,or missed welding.

Surface smoothness:The surface in contact with the filter bag should be smooth and polished,without welding scars,unevenness,and burrs.
