Dust Collector Filter Bag is a component of a dry dust filtration device suitable for capturing extremely small,dry,and non fibrous dust particles.Dust removal bags are generally made of textile filter cloth and non-woven felt,and can be divided into three categories according to their usage temperature:

Room temperature dust removal bag:mainly made of polypropylene,polyester and other filter materials through non-woven and textile processes,with excellent properties such as good air adaptability,smooth surface,good dimensional stability,and dust adhesion and easy peeling.Mainly used for dust removal in industries with general dust pollution and for the treatment of ambient temperature flue gas.

Medium temperature dust removal bag:mainly made of short fibers of acrylic filter material and needle punching process of acrylic base cloth,it is widely used in the medium temperature field and medium temperature special dust removal bag,suitable for various dust pollution industries and medium temperature harsh working conditions.

High temperature dust bag:mainly composed of P84 PPS、Expanded glass fiber,ultrafine glass fiber,PTFE and other high-temperature resistant fibers are processed through textile and non-woven processes,and have good thermal stability.

High filtration efficiency and long service life.After film coating treatment,it also has excellent characteristics such as corrosion resistance,water and oil repellency,and static electricity resistance.Mainly used for dust removal in various high-temperature flue gas conditions and harsh working conditions.
